Welcome to Gryscale (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (gryscale.com) and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, registering an account, or otherwise using our site, you accept and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

  • You must provide complete, accurate, and lawful information when placing an order or creating an account.

2. Account & Registration

  • You may be required to create an account to make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach concerning your account.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders placed on our website are subject to availability, acceptance, and verification.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g., product out of stock, incorrect pricing, suspicion of fraud).

  • If an order is canceled after payment, you will be refunded in full using the original payment method.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices displayed on the site include applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated). All prices are in rupees.

  • Final price at checkout is the amount you will pay (product + shipping + any fees).

  • Payment is processed via Cashfree . By paying via Cashfree, you comply with their terms, and we are not responsible for disputes arising from payment facilitation beyond our refund obligations.

  • Once payment is authorized and confirmed, we will process your order.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • After dispatch, risk of loss or damage to products passes to you (the buyer) unless otherwise stated.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier, custom clearance, or events beyond our control. But we will assist you to track and resolve issues.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it (before it is shipped). Contact our support immediately for cancellation.

  • Returns / Exchanges:

    • Because of the nature of our products and hygiene/customization reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing photographic evidence and order details.

    • After verification, we may authorize a return/exchange or issue a refund.

  • Refunds:

    • If a refund is to be made, it will be done via the original payment method (via Cashfree) within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5–10 business days, depending on bank/payment processor).

    • Refund amount excludes any shipping fees (unless the issue is our error or the product is damaged/defective).

7. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

  • We strive to display accurate product information (colors, dimensions, materials). However, due to lighting, monitor variation, or handcrafted nature, slight variances may occur.

  • We do not warrant that the site content is error-free, complete, or current.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the site (designs, images, logos, text) is protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws and is the exclusive property of Gryscale (or its licensors).

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use such content without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
